Partly because it's a weird and pointless track but mostly because 50% of the circuit has been removed. The chicane between stadiums? Now 3 difficult-to-impossible left-handers. And because the Viaduct to SR99 is in construction, the road to the Pier Start/Finish has been altered as well - due to this, you need to constantly update the map. Who would want that?
I wouldn't mind if they used bits of Seattle for the photo shoot, though.

I kind of liked it but I can't imagine turn 1 online...
